We can give recommendations to you, in all assessed areas, if required.
Once we give our recommendations, we can help you to implement the improvements that you choose, to our best endeavours. If we are unable to provide you with support, we will do what we can to ensure that you can do great things for your company.
We also offer the ability to change the persona or appearance of our undercover agents to look at the treatment and experience of a group of people. This could be the appearance of a pregnant woman, the bad attitude of an angry passenger or the illusion of a hard-of-hearing passenger.
We are a completely impartial service, having no allegiance with any one company. We also work to the highest levels of standards and service, ensuring that the quality of data received will be highly effective for you. We work hard to ensure that we are not identified as undercover agents and our identities are kept as a secret from the relevant staff members.
